Jerry didn't start out as a coach. He started out broke, in a tiny showroom in Arizona, trying to figure out why some flooring jobs closed and others didn't. He obsessed over marketing, sales, pricing, and people - and slowly built one of the most profitable independent flooring businesses in the state.
Other owners started asking how. He started teaching. The framework became the 6 Profit Activators. The teaching became private coaching, a podcast, a book, and the largest flooring community in America.
